The sales department, Aaron in particular, were easy to work with in setting up a test drive and made the sale easy. Quality control on the used vehicles was marginal. Our vehicle gave us a lovely low coolant light within two hours of leaving the dealership. Of course it was a weekend and we live out of the city. So got it home, topped the fluid, and it appeared okay for a few weeks following. We had notified Aaron the day we bought it of the low coolant light. Now we're about 2 months into owning the vehicle and about 3000kms of driving and need to replace the water pump. Also, just over the first month of ownership and got the warning to check brake pads. They now require replacement. My only warning to potential customers is to be absolutely diligent in going over the vehicle before purchasing as I don't think ours received a fair inspection before being put on the lot. I'd expect to do repairs of this magnitude on a $5000 car, not a $20000 SUV. ADDITION TO REVIEW: After speaking with the used sales manager we were able to get the vehicle in on two occasions; 1. to have the water pump replaced; 2. to have the brakes done at no cost. We appreciate the work of the general manager and used sales manager to resolve those two issues we had from the beginning of our purchase. However, my initial warning regarding the quality of used vehicles still stands. Of note: we've had a couple repairs at no cost, which we're grateful for, however in the 6 months of ownership we've encountered additional coolant leaks, issues with the door locks, lift gate hatch, and intermittent issues with the heated seats. I've increased the review from 3 to 4 stars in appreciation of having some of the issues resolved. However, the headache of having to bring the vehicle in multiple times to resolve issues and the continued presence of issues on a vehicle we've barely driven I would be leery of purchasing a used vehicle here again. Salesmen, Aaron in particular, were great and the management team was willing to work with us. If shopping here maybe consider a new vehicle.

Recently had to replace my beloved beetle and Oakwood Nissan helped make this experience less stressful! My boyfriend and I did not have much experience in this type of stuff but the service that Kade and Aaron provide made me feel very comfortable and they went out of their way to look out for my best interests. You can tell they care a lot for their customers. I would highly recommend them as their support throughout this process has been incredible and I am loving my Juke!

We recently purchased a Pathfinder through Oakwood and were blown away with the experience. Certainly over delivered on my expectations and I don't hesitate to refer Oakwood to anyone who asks. No tricks, no surprise fees, just pure knowledge and great service. If you request Tom, you'll be happy you've done so. Special thanks to him, Derrick, and Taher on getting us into our new whip, we're loving it.
